The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, our partners in Ireland have welcomed our guests with warm Irish hospitality since our original development team set off along Europe’s Yellow Roads to create our inaugural trips there more than 30 years ago.
One of those is our long-standing partnership with 800-year-old Ashford Castle, reigning unrivaled as one of the prettiest castle estates on the Emerald Isle and a favorite of our guests. We have missed our visits with them during the past year – and apparently, they have missed us too!
Niall Rochford, General Manager, and Paula Carroll, Director of Sales & Marketing at Ashford Castle for over 25 years, dropped in, virtually, to join our St. Patrick’s Day celebration. They expressed their appreciation for our friendship and informed us that they were able to retain 100% of their staff during the pandemic. They also said that they couldn’t wait to welcome Tauck back to the castle, sharing their authentic traditions with us so that all of us could enjoy a little bit of Ireland on that special day.
