About Shelley Trachtenberg
Shelley Trachtenberg is an Israeli Licensed Tour Guide Educator who has been with our Israel and Jordan journey since its inception. She is the main Jerusalem / Masada guide and is also the local guide coordinator. Born and bred in New York, she made Israel her home a good many years ago. With degrees in English and American Literature, she began her professional career in Israel as a freelance writer and as an instructor of English and public speaking. Becoming an Israeli tour guide 15 years ago enabled her to combine her love of people, education and, of course, the country.
About Amy Ben-Dov
Amy Ben-Dov immigrated to Israel from the US; she has been with Tauck as a guide for most of the last decade. With a background in informal education with more than 25 years of experience as a tour guide and educator, Amy specializes in creating unique, authentic, and off-the-beaten-path experiences.
