There’s adventures on Bruny Island, where natural history and unique culinary specialties intertwine – or if you choose, and a cruise along the D’Entrecasteaux Channel, teeming with birds and marine-life, highlighted by breathtaking cliffs and rock towers. And there are fabulous vineyards that produce distinctly different varietals than, say the vineyards of South Australia.
