Silky Lemonade

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Lemon Myrtle Syrup
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• Top up with sparkling water

To make Lemon Myrtle Syrup:

Take 1/4 gallon Sugar syrup ( 1\2 white sugar 1\2 hot water ) and a small bunch of Lemon Myrtle leaves and steep in a pot on stove in the sugar syrup until desired taste is acquired.

Directions:

Add 2.5 oz of pre-mixed syrup (Lemon Myrtle Syrup and Lemon Juice)

To a flute over ice

Top up with soda water and stir
